You want to send a parcel or need to make a return. With your WAREBOX, this is child's play. Create the corresponding identification key (ID..), specify which box should be used for this and transmit it as a QR or number code to your collection service.
You also have the option of attaching a message and up to 3 pictures to the identification key. These are displayed on the screen as soon as the identification key is used by the collection service. This option is ideal for communicating important information to the delivery and collection service, such as a picture of the parcel in question, the shipping label or the shipping code. Your WAREBOX informs you independently about every parcel picked up via the Warebox- app.

Depending on the intended use, you can choose between different identification keys and determine which box should be opened for delivery.
